Common Questions
What about spam?
Peer360 does not tolerate spamming on the part of our clients. Peer360
provides a service that operates within the guidelines of responsible
e-mail marketing. Read
more about these guidelines.
These are the criteria by which we judge if an e-mail address has been
fairly obtained.
I read the guidelines. I'm still not happy about an e-mail I've
received.
You may elect to unsubscribe yourself from any or all communications
from us at any time simply by following the instructions in any e-mail
you receive from us.
To unsubscribe from the message you received:
It takes 2 clicks of a mouse and the entry the e-mail address the message
was sent to. This is a function of our products and not an optional
feature for our clients. This feature guarantees our client have a
convenient means for their contacts to unsubscribe; ensuring their
contacts want to receive the communications sent to them.
All Peer360 communications have a reply to e-mail address in the header
of the e-mail, just like "regular" e-mail. They also have a "from" name
that is provided by the client, not some gibberish that keeps you from
discerning who sent it. If you wish to address the sender without unsubscribing
from their list, you may hit Reply in your e-mail client.
I've followed your guidelines and am still receiving unwanted
e-mail from one of your clients.
Contact information for Peer360, as the e-mail marketing provider for
our clients using Peer360 products, is also included in any e-mail you
receive from our system.
Please forward a copy of the offending e-mail to abuse@peer360.com,
along with means to contact you. Peer360 will pursue the matter with
our client. If it cannot be resolved, we will add your e-mail address
to a master "no-send" list maintained by Peer360. |
