Peer360° offers product support and assistance with email marketing campaigns from experienced email marketing specialists.  Many services are included with your monthly subscription fee and offered at no additional charge. Such services include error resolution, capability inquiries, deliverability assistance and instruction under 15 minutes.

Peer360 Product Support Services covered by your monthly subscription 

  • Error Resolution 
    If you receive an error message in Peer360°, our support team will assist in diagnosing the error and providing a resolution.
  • Simple Inquiries
    Questions such as: Does Peer360° support this? Can I do this with Peer360°? What would Peer360 recommend in this situation?, etc.
  • Instruction under 15 minutes
  • Checking queue to ensure list is loading
  • Checking queue to ensure a broadcast will go out/is sending
  • Deliverability resolution
    If you are having problems receiving proofs or final broadcasts our deliverability experts can provide you with the steps to ensure your emails are received.

Larger requests are handled by our Managed Services Team. The Peer360° Managed Services Team of experts work with our clients everyday to develop e-marketing strategies that drive business and produce hard results.
